What is iTouchPhoto?
iTouchPhoto is a portable, turnkey system
built on the Linux platform. It simplifies the categorizing,
archiving, organizing, and displaying of digital photographs for occasions and events
of all kinds. It is compatible with many professional digital cameras
that utilize standard file formats. The iTouchPhoto hardware
is powered by a 2 part system consisting of a kiosk application, and an administration application.
Who is it used by?
iTouchPhoto is mainly used by special event photograhers, wedding
photographers and wedding planners, but can be used by any professional photographer that
requires a turnkey solution that is easy to learn and easy to use.

iTouchPhoto Kiosk Application
The iTouchPhoto system has a 19 inch LCD touchscreen monitor that functions as a
portable kiosk for your clients to use. Additional touchscreens are available to enlarge your system. The iTouchPhoto Kiosk application makes
it easy for your audience (clients/customers) to locate and view the photos you have taken of an
occasion, right at the occasion's location. Whether it is a wedding, party/gathering
or some other special occasion, your clients (and perhaps even their
family and friends) no longer need to wait a day, a week, or a couple of weeks
to see the photograph proofs. The kiosk can also be easily configured
to change from a display only kiosk, to an order taking kiosk.
iTouchPhoto Administration Application
Where the iTouchPhoto Kiosk application is mainly used by your clients, the
Administration application is intended to be used only by the photographer.
The photographer uses this application to define the category,
add cities and the names of the occasions, import the photos from a card reader or directly from the camera,
process the photos, define the sales tax rate for your area, configure the kiosk,
and many other functions. |
